MELENAS TOP provides hairdressing and beauty services through its website www.melenas-top.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”).
These Terms and Conditions apply to all appointments and services booked via the Website.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Appointments can be made online via the booking system available on the Website.
You can choose to pay online or at the salon after the service is completed.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT.

MELENAS TOP reserves the right to modify prices and available services without prior notice. Any change will not affect confirmed appointments.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee or loss of deposit (if applicable).

The salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, informing the client as soon as possible.

  1. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can be purchased directly at the salon.
They are valid for the amount indicated and can be used for any available service.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  1. LIABILITY

MELENAS TOP is not responsible for reactions or results that may occur due to unreported allergies, medical conditions, or previous chemical treatments.
Clients are required to inform the stylist about any relevant hair or scalp conditions before the service.

  1. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

Your personal information will be used solely for managing appointments and providing services, in accordance with GDPR regulations.
We do not share client data with third parties without consent.

All photos, texts, and designs on this website are the property of MELENAS TOP and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In case of disputes, jurisdiction lies in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
